When a suitable investment is
found you are notified and offered a percentage of the investment depending on
the property cost and your contribution. Contributions cannot be less than £5000, and are for a minimum
of 10 years unless another property partner wishes to buy your stake.
You must allow an extra 12% for legal cost, vat and Tax. All revenue goes into a client account which is used solely for a property purchase, legal fees, tax and vat. Once a villa is bought, ES Property Management will manage the property and all rental profits go into a client account or company account depending on how the investment is set up. This can be as a partnership or company. All management costs are transparent and you will recieve a yearly statement of account. |

This is not a timeshare or Holiday home, it is an
investment, and as such, all rental income is vital for the overall profits of
the group. However you can set your own rules for the group so that if you all elect to have two weeks in the sun, for nothing, as your bonus for being part of the group, you can. This does however affect the overall yearly profits for the group. The sale proceeds go into your fund and are distributed to the members depending on the percentage held. Rules are drawn up by a lawyer and a bank or a financial advisor can be a trustee of the fund. No one person can access the fund without the agreement of all shareholders or their nominees. |
